Returns and Exchanges

We're sorry that your Corbeaux product isn't working for you, so we will do our best to resolve any issues that you are having.  If you are not satisfied with one of our products at the time you receive it, or if one of our products does not perform to your satisfaction, return it to the store you bought it from or to Corbeaux for a replacement or refund. 

RETURNS & EXCHANGES POLICY:
If you are unsatisfied with an item purchased from corbeauxclothing.com, we gladly accept returns/exchanges WITHIN 30 DAYS OF PURCHASE DATE provided that the item has not been used and the original tags are still attached. We will use our discretion upon receipt of the item.

For returns, if we determine that the item is in the condition in which it was purchased, you can expect a full refund to your credit card within 7 to 14 days from the day we receive the returned gear. In some cases it may take an additional 2 weeks to be visible on your credit card statement.
Exchanges will be processed within 5 days from the day we receive the merchandise.

Customers are responsible for shipping costs unless the product is defective or there was an error in the original shipment, TO BE DETERMINED BY CORBEAUX WARRANTY DEPT. Please see below for exact instructions for returns & exchanges.

  • Corbeaux is not responsible for Returns & Exchanges item(s) lost in the mail.  If we do not receive it, it never shipped!  We recommend insuring your return shipments.
  • Items listed as 'CLEARANCE' or 'ON SALE' ARE NOT REFUNDABLE – these items are clearly marked on the website where applicable

HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM:

  • Email us: info@corbeauxclothing.com to explain the issue
  • We will email you back with a RETURNS & EXCHANGES FORM
  • Be sure to fill out the form completely with your original order # from the packing slip, item(s) being returned, the reason for return, shipping info and your email address
  • IF EXCHANGING: clearly specify the item(s) being returned and what you would like to exchange it(them) for. If there is an increase in price, we will contact you for credit card information. You will not be charged for return shipping
  • If you purchased the item in-person from Corbeaux at a market or trade show, please specify that on the Returns/Exchanges Form
  • Include this form in your package and ship to the address below
  • We recommend using a carrier that can provide you with tracking information to assist with a faster exchange.
